The most recent body of work from Lucille Martin, she interrogates further an impressive artistic practice that has breathed and pulsed with energy since her first exhibition in Australia twenty years ago.
As an artist and visual communicator the choice of technology and medium, philosophy and word are central to the nature of the work, frequently drawing together complex ideas and layers of information. This interwoven methodology is like the duplication for the technique and discussion of my work–the collaging of image and idea through the related function.
